楊岳橋域外法權法案取得法律草擬專員證書

今日（5月15日），公民黨楊岳橋議員宣佈，其早前提出的《侵害人身罪（修訂）（域外法律效力）條例草案》，已經取得律政司法律草擬專員簽署的證明書。證明書核實該議員法案符合立法會《議事規則》對於法案格式的要求，可提交予立法會審議。

他將會去信立法會保安事務委員會主席陳克勤議員，要求在事務委員會會議盡快安排時間討論。如事務委員會例行會議議程緊迫，未能安排在本立法年度完結前討論，則尋求召開特別會議處理。

楊岳橋重申，將香港法院針對殺人案件的管轄權，擴充到港人涉嫌在境外殺人的案件，是解決陳同佳案的可行方案。他希望政府可考慮此「務實」、「低爭議」的方案，先集中處理台灣殺人案，並擱置政府法案中對於現行引渡法例的大幅度改動，以釋除港人對於可能被引渡至內地受審的「送中」疑慮。
