楊岳橋就未能動議議案致歉

今日（9/1）公民黨立法會議員楊岳橋於立法會大會提出「檢討單程證政策」議員議案，唯動議時並不在立法會會議廳內，引致議案未能處理，立法會亦隨之結束。楊岳橋對於今次事件，深感抱歉，摯誠向公眾道歉，並承諾深刻檢討，日後不會再犯相同錯誤。

楊岳橋表示，相關時段正值政制及內地事務局局長聶德權為《國歌條例草案》舉行記者會，他抽出時間在其立法會辦公室觀看記者會電視直播，希望多加了解以向公眾說明，因而導致錯過動議時間。

楊承認疏忽大意，並向公眾、就議案提交了修正案的議員、準備就議案發言的同事致以最真誠的道歉。

楊岳橋表示，會與公民黨其他議員商量，改由其他議員盡快提出單程證動議，並承諾會於2019年內提出修訂《入境條例》的私人條例草案。

楊岳橋再次就是次失誤向公眾致歉。
