毛孟靜回應邵善波謬論

立法會議員毛孟靜就昨日(17日)中策組首席顧問邵善波之言論，直斥其非，指其公開宣揚要為政府打輿論戰，目的實為 –

1. 為中策組另闢「傳媒顧問」新職位護航、

2. 為政府濫用公帑，自拍自錄影像聲帶，濫用電視電台的公眾利益 API 時段開脫、

3. 為政府未來監控網上表達自由的舉措，先行製造輿論、及

4. 為未來中策組自詡為「最專業」却並不公開的民調結果，先行自我打造聲勢，以抗衡本地大學公佈的被視為不利政府的民調數據。

毛孟靜認為，邵善波一面承認中策組受市民的錢，以公帑支薪，另一面又直認是操控輿論的「政府工具」– 但特區政府並非民選政府，並無民意授權 — 邵善波這副腔調，不但反映其人立論缺乏邏輯，更顯示一副由上而下的家長式管冶心態，同時充份體現中共一套「緊抓意識形態」的施政策略，進一步「大陸化」兼分化香港社會。
