毛孟靜就亞視屢次違規去信資訊科技及廣播事務委員會

黃主席：

建議下次會議討論亞視屢次違規事宜

通訊事務管理局日前再裁定亞視多個節目違規，指其發表令人有錯誤觀感的信息，未有給予受批評一方機會回應等，一次過罰亞視5個違規節目，當中包括《ATV焦點》、直播節目《關注香港未來》及新聞等，共26萬元。當中，尤其《關注香港未來》節目明顯違反專業操守，令輿論嘩然。

亞視近年已多次違反《電視節目守則》，但都只是罰款了事，未見任何阻嚇成效。有關當局絕對有責任確保現時電視節目服務營運商提升服務質素，不會違反《守則》，如發現屢罰不改，應考慮加重罰則，暫時吊銷甚至撤銷牌照。

本人建議於下次會議討論相關事宜，並邀請有關官員及電視節目服務營運商解釋，承諾日後改善服務和提供具體措施。如有任何垂詢，歡迎與本人聯絡。
