要求特首積極跟進毆打記者及楊匡被逐事件

梁特首：

對於上星期五(3月8日)有香港記者及攝影師在北京採訪期間，被多名男子毆打和阻礙採訪，及後社運人士楊匡被無理拘留和驅逐出境事件，本人表示極度憤怒，並強烈譴責施襲者。

事件已引起公眾及新聞工作者高度關注，其中香港記者協會發起一人一信運動，要求 閣下積極跟進事件，履行捍衛新聞自由的承諾。本人強烈呼籲 閣下作為香港特區之首，必需履行代表港人的責任，積極要求內地公安嚴肅調查事件，並於一個月內公布調查結果，同時亦要求內地有關部門交代楊匡被逐出境的理據及詳細過程，以確保香港居民在國內安全及得到合理對待。

本人認為香港記者是次在北京合法採訪，任何人士都不可以侵犯新聞自由及採訪自由，或作出暴力及野蠻行為。鑒於 閣下在參選期間曾矢言承諾捍衛新聞自由，現應顯示對香港市民的承擔，要求內地公安嚴肅調查事件，並促請對方於一個月內公布調查結果，以免過往記者被毆打後不了了之的情況再度出現。

此外，社運人士楊匡上周五晚遭國保圍毆及押走，在失蹤40小時後，最終被控「尋釁滋事」驅逐出境。事件過程中，香港政府未有接觸及協助當事人，明顯有失職之嫌。本人要求 閣下公開交代政府各部門在事件中的角色和已採取的行動，及內地有關當局的回應，以消除公眾疑慮和防止同類事件發生。
