民情報告欺騙市民　要求立即審視831決定

今天，公民黨郭家麒議員在立法會會議上，就民情報告清楚提出三個問題，包括(1) 民情報告如何有助雨傘運動和平結束；(2) 當局能否保證民情報告充分反映市民訴求，及儘快完成報告；及 (3) 民情報告能否改變人大831決定，落實真普選。但席上政制及內地事務局副局長根本沒有回應上述問題，繼續「拖字訣」，香港市民不會接受這種敷衍態度！

佔領運動是源於人大8月31日落閘，拒絕公民提名。隨後大專學生發起大罷課，9月28日警方使用催淚彈鎮壓市民，令佔領運動遍地開花。但當局至今仍沒有直接回應市民，民情報告更納入183萬個假簽名，是公然侮辱佔領人士，欺騙市民，只令社會繼續撕裂，無助佔領運動和平結束。

公民黨認為，行政長官必須立即回應下列問題，才可解決現時困局及停止社會撕裂：－

(一) 民情報告必須如實及準確反映市民對真普選的訴求；
(二) 行政長官必須修改715報告及要求人大審視831決定；及
(三) 當局必須儘快完成民情報告。

公民黨亦將致函政務司司長，要求當局立即回應上述問題及直接回應佔領市民對真普選的訴求。
