民航處要脅空管人員滅聲

今日收到前線空管人員投訴，指民航處向所有空管人員發出內部文件（見附件），嚴令空管人員不應對外透露內部消息，否則會遭受將會被紀律處分。事實上，這封信不僅要求空管人員滅聲，更曝露了民航處的虛怯。

第一，這封信證明了我過去連日來所說公開的資料全部都是真確的。包括：民航處僅承認有一班消失資料12秒的航班，但當日在事發前後1.5小時內，其實一共有6班分屬不同航空公司、不同航道的航班在系統上失去資料；以及，曾有兩班航班中間突然出現一班不存在的「鬼機」，並觸發撞機預警。民航處一直既無承認，亦無否認，企圖誤導公眾，隱瞞安全問題。
第二，處長指不公開資料，以免引起恐慌，今日更要求空管人員噤聲，封鎖消息。實情是空管人員已察覺到新系統事故比舊系統頻密得多，多次向處方匯報不但不得要領，更一直掩飾。早前更有民航處管理層涉脅迫空管人員表示對新空管系統有信心，一系列小動作都在證明民航處正在掩飾新系統的問題。
要解決問題，先要認識問題。我希望局長能面對現實，認真處理好空管問題。不要為前處長羅崇文所購買的雷神，孭起政治責任。盡快公開新系統的事故真相和相關數據，以及重新啟動舊系統的warm standby mode（活性備用期）。
