永不放棄　爭取普選

政務司司長林鄭月娥已於周三到立法會啟動政改諮詢，聲稱「有商有量　實現普選」。公民黨詳閱諮詢文件，認為這是一場有預設框架的鳥籠諮詢。

在整份諮詢文件中，已預設2017年行政長官候選人只由提名委員會產生，對公民提名隻字不提；諮詢文件亦寫明行政長官候選人由機構提名產生，亦會預設候選人名額，與現時取得150個提名即可成為候選人的制度完全不同，亦與民主精神背道而馳。

這次是一個鳥籠政改，限制討論空間，但香港人自回歸以來始終如一，堅持儘快實現雙普選，包括參與十年來的七一遊行及元旦遊行，港人對普選的堅持是不言而喻。

今天，公民黨立法會議員梁家傑及郭家麒，聯同東區區議員黎志強及其他地區發展主任，呼籲港人不應妄自菲薄，被諮詢文件束縛；更不要糾纏於揣摩京官的旨意，在這五個月政改諮詢期內要繼續發聲，才可實現普選。
