沉冤未雪 血仍未冷 重新調查李旺陽死因

今日是湖南民運人士李旺陽「被自殺」兩周年。然而李旺陽的死，至今沉冤未雪，我們絕對不能放棄追查真相。而李旺陽的死，更是一個警戒，中央政府禁止異見，在網

上長期進行私訊監控，月前更大規模拘捕異見人士，意圖噤聲，甚至連香港記者前往李旺陽的墓地拜祭也被公安拘捕。公民黨對此表示憤怒。

公民黨立法會議員陳家洛及一眾黨員，聯同支聯會的成員，到中聯辦外默哀和獻上白菊花悼念李旺陽、並掛上代表謀殺言論自由的「索命繩」，以示抗議。

陳家洛表示：「中國政府任由一個為自由、民主追逐多年的公民被殺害而置之不理，胡亂創作死因，實在是喪心病狂，殘踏人性。李旺陽對於平反六四的追求，一直延續

至生命最後一刻，是我們所有追求民主的人的榜樣。」公民黨敦促中國政府：

一) 在李旺陽親友代表的監督下，重新調查李旺陽死因，還他及其家人一個公道；

二) 即時停止對李旺陽親友的監控；

三) 出於人道主義，准許李旺陽的親友及公眾人士到墓地拜祭李旺陽。
