泛民「一國控制 對 一國兩制」憲制研討會

公民黨聯同其他民主派議員舉辦「一國控制vs一國兩制」憲制研討會，吸引近三百名市名參加，場面熱鬧。

研討會分為兩節，首節主題為「人大釋法對一國兩制的衝擊」，由鄭宇碩教授主持，講者包括：陳文敏教授、吳靄儀女士、陳弘毅教授、戴耀廷教授。

第二節主題則為「如何從政制改革確保一國兩制不被赤化」，由吳志森先生主持，陳方安生女士、李柱銘先生、余若薇女士、李鵬飛先生、劉夢熊先生擔任講者。
