港鐵加到盡 市民頂唔順 反對港鐵巨額盈餘下仍年年加價

今天(9日)是港鐵股東大會，公民黨執委兼東區區議員黎志強、九龍西支部主席潘嘉恒、青年公民主席梁穎敏和一眾地區發展主任到場外抗議港鐵巨額盈餘下仍年年加價，要求港鐵在巨額盈餘下履行企業的社會責任取消加價，並要求政府成立票價穩定基金。

黎志強表示港鐵去年大賺過百億元，亦大幅加整體票價2.7%，令市民生活百上加斤。港鐵現時市值約1,851億港元，卻不顧市民生活迫人，年年加價。香港政府持有當中77%股份，是納稅人的金錢，政府應該研究全數購回港鐵餘下的23%股份，取回票價決定權。

去年，港鐵的票價收入為133.57億元，港鐵按可加可減機制加價5.4%，預計將從票價中多收約7.21億。相對政府所坐擁的巨額盈餘及獲利，按機制所加的實在只是九牛一毛。如政府撥出部份盈利作穩定票價，除可即時緩解市民面對的加價困境外，亦不會抵觸法例及合約的條文。

另外，港鐵只撥出1.5億元作票價優惠，只佔去年利潤的1.5%。而推出的票價優惠（即日第二程優惠、都會優惠票和全月通加強版）亦未能直接的惠及廣大的港鐵使用者。公民黨認為政府應直接撥出從港鐵得到的收益，抵消港鐵的加幅，以舒緩市民的通脹壓力。

公民黨其後到位於九龍灣的地鐵總部示威，並遊行至九龍灣地鐵站表示對是次加幅的不滿。
