港鐵貪婪無厭 車費年年加價 抗議港鐵加價

港鐵將於今天 （6月30日）調整票價，調高車費達3.14%。港鐵去年盈利高達破紀錄的168億元。現時的票價機制下，港鐵的車費收入已較去年增加3.6%。然而港鐵仍然無視市民的負擔繼續加價，反映港鐵貪婪無厭。

而港鐵推出「早晨優惠」、「97 折票價優惠」及全月通等所謂優惠措施，均未能減輕車費負擔，港鐵應直接減車費，而非耍財技。故此，郭家麒議員聯同多名黨友，到港鐵中環站請願，抗議港鐵加票價。

早前公民黨曾進行問卷調查。超過六成受訪市民認同政府應研究買下港鐵其餘股份，由政府作為單一股東決定票價。政府作為港鐵最大股東，擁有七成多股份，每年收取港鐵數以十億元計的利息。

公民黨立法會議員郭家麒指出，反映市民仍然不滿去年完成檢討的票價調整機制。他批評政府作為港鐵大股東，未有聽取民意，逼使港鐵調高機制的「利潤分享」水平，以減輕市民在車費的負擔。他亦重申，政府應長遠考慮研究回購港鐵的可能性，扭轉車費只加不減的局面。
