湯家驊期望盡早落實真普選

公民黨立法會議員湯家驊今日應邀出席，一個有關公民權利與政治權利國際公約在港適用的論壇，闡釋有關一國兩制在香港如何落實。湯家驊重申，期望透過出席論壇，收窄各方對普選的分歧，期望各界對如何落實普選盡快達成共識。

湯家驊認為，現時毋須再爭拗有關《公民權利與政治權利國際公約》第25條是否在港適用的問題，因為《基本法》已有相若的元素，而這一點亦獲得北京大學法學院饒戈平教授的肯定。
