為保面子 犠牲學生 陳淑莊批政府堅持TSA

候任特首林鄭月娥今天表示會與政府商討取消今年五月的小三TSA，但現任特首梁振英卻表示取消小三TSA是7月1日後的事，意味不會取消今年五月稱為BCA的TSA。公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊批評梁振英此舉是犠牲學生的時間和興趣，只是為了保存自己和吳克儉局長的面子。她指出由於去年已停考小三TSA，明年的TSA也大有機會取消，因此即使今年勉強重考TSA，有關的數據亦沒有太大參考價值，卻只會為學校、教師、學生和家長構成壓力。

陳淑莊又認為當年梁振英上任前亦曾要求曾蔭權政府為他進行政策局重組，因此梁振英今天拒絕為林鄭月娥落實其政綱實在並不合理。她要求教育局立即順應民意，取消今年的小三BCA，即或不然，教育局也應讓所有學校和學生有所選擇，自行決定是否應考BCA。
