用法治、保人權，用民主、護法治 要求嚴肅徹查李旺陽死亡真相

公民黨今天收集近二千五百多個簽名要求北京當局嚴肅徹查李旺陽死亡真相，希望將收集所得的簽名遞交予候任特首，並促請梁先生將港人的訴求向北京當局反映。

公民黨黨魁梁家傑亦希望港人藉著今次李旺陽先生的事件有更深的反思，他強調要保有我們的人權和自由，必需要有一個法治的制度，而法治本身是要靠一個民主、向人民問責的政府和制度作後盾，梁呼籲香港市民繼續捍衛我們的人權、自由和法治，同時，呼籲大家明晚7時到達舊立法會外（無名路）出席李旺陽先生悼念活動。
