社會矛盾深 解結紓民困 公民黨提出施政報告建議

過去一年香港矛盾嚴重，社會上無論政制、經濟、民生各方面，都有深層次問題未解決。特首梁振英將於本周三發表任內第二份施政報告，公民黨趁報告發表前請願，促請政府從根本解決社會問題，並提出各項建議。
公民黨早前發表「公民黨2014年施政報告暨2014/15年財政預算案意見書」，就政制、房屋及土地、扶貧及福利、教育及動物權益五大範疇，提出多項施政建議。
黨魁梁家傑指出，香港的言論、新聞及編採自由現時正受到極大威脅，促請特首梁振英捍衛港人重視的自由及價值。他又希望梁聽取意見，在周三的施政報告中提出利民紓困措施，解開社會問題的死結，不要再做守財奴，適當地為解決民生問題動用財政資源，「使得其所、使得其時」，令市民受惠。
立法會議員郭家麒指出，醫管局轄下醫院床位爆滿、床位輪候時間長的問題嚴重，促請政府投放資源直接改善公營醫療服務。而立法會議員陳家洛批評，政府增加副學士或銜接學位，只是「斬腳趾避沙蟲」、迴避真正問題的做法，要求增加大學本科學位，認真投放資源於教育上。
公民黨促請政府聆聽民意，從根本處理問題，紓解社會上的糾結。
