立即停止政治逼害 還劉霞自由

諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波的遺孀劉霞情況再度惹起外界關注。根據傳媒報道，劉霞因長時間被軟禁，與外界失去聯絡，又未能申請到國外醫治情緒病，情緒失控。劉霞更向友人哭訴自己生無留戀，更明言有以死抗爭之志。實在令人既悲且憤﹗

對於中共政府無理軟禁劉霞超過7年，剝奪她作為國民應有的通訊自由、人身自由與出入境自由。德國政府已表明歡迎劉霞女士到德接受治療，只是中國方面不作配合。

 

對於中共政府無理軟禁劉霞，公民黨表示極大的憤怒。郭家麒批評中共懼怕劉曉波夫婦，對劉曉波以言入罪，更不提供醫療令劉在獄中病重致死；對於其遺孀，無法以言入罪，就以莫須有的理由作出欺壓軟禁，令劉霞身心皆受折磨。

郭家麒指，國家主席習近平以經常自詡作風開明，就應正視《零八憲章》的訴求；並且還劉霞自由，讓她出國就醫。
