答覆不知所謂 玩弄語言偽術 要求公開特首與內地官員會面資料

在審議財政預算案的書面提問中，有關過去14個月行政長官與內地官員和中央駐港官員會面的資料，行政長官辦公室常任秘書長的書面答覆，可謂不知所謂，竟然厚顏地指出因行政長官會見的訪客眾多，因而沒有整理相關的資料，企圖就此蒙混過關。

本人於今天的財務委員會特別會議上作出跟進，要求行政長官辦公室常任秘書長提供更詳細的資料，豈料秘書長僅把不知所謂的書面答案重覆一次。後在本人再三追問下，秘書長終承認行政長官的日程的記錄是存在的，惟未能在短時間內把相關的資料整理出來。

本人對秘書長的回覆感到極度不滿，並認為此舉反映行政長官辦公室根本不願意向公眾提供有關資料，企圖隱瞞行政長官與內地官員間的會面情況。

本人嚴正要求行政長官辦公室立即整理行政長官與內地官員會面的相關資料，並向社會大眾公開。

為繼續跟進此事，本人已就上述事宜提出一項書面補充提問，指出行政長官一直強調推動內交，故再次詢問行政長官辦公室可否提供2014年1月1日至2015年2月28日期間與行政長官會面的內地官員及中聯辦人士的職銜和會面的性質，以便公眾透過立法會財務委員會監察行政長官在這方面的工作。
