維權無罪 立即釋放江天勇

積極參與內地維權活動的人權律師江天勇，昨日於長沙市中級人民法院，被判顛覆國家政權罪成，判處有期徒刑兩年，剝奪政治權利三年。江天勇當庭表示不上訴。
江天勇的妻子金變玲表示，有到法院聲援江天勇的「709家屬」被不明人士帶走，亦有人失去聯絡。
江天勇是內地的資深人權律師。2005年曾代理陳光誠案，亦參與過高智晟案、陝北油田案、廣州太石村案、乙型肝炎帶菌者維權案，以及多宗的宗教維權案件。由於江天勇積極參與維權活動，因此觸怒中共政權，律師證被註銷，更於去年被當局以「涉嫌非法持有國家機密檔案」拘捕，後來更以「涉嫌煽動顛覆國家政權罪」關押。
今年8月，長沙市法院在庭上播出江天勇的認罪片段。當時金變玲稱，肯定丈夫是遭受酷刑才被迫認罪。
對於中共不斷打壓維權人士，作出政治審判；更涉嫌以威迫、施以酷刑的方式對待被告，公民黨立法會議員郭家麒對此表示憤怒。他批評中共政權對於律師進行合法合憲的工作，作出窮追猛打，完全漠視法治精神，是極權政治的表現。對於所有維權工作，都視為「顛覆國家政權」，是政權懼怕人民、表現膽怯。郭家麒要求中共政府立即釋放所有維權人士。同時，亦要求其他國家就中國的人權問題向中國施壓，迫使中國改善國內人權狀況。
