致函城規會 反對淺水灣私有化

救救淺水灣，反對私有化

公民黨致函城規會，反對淺水灣私有化。

政府建議修訂淺水灣分區大綱圖，把海景大樓和毗鄰的停車場用地由「公共設施」和「休憩用地」改劃為「綜合發展區」，以便重建為酒店及食肆。城規會收集意見，今日截止。公民黨去信城規會，陳述三個反對理由﹕

(一)屏風效應，破壞泳灘的自然景觀；

(二)令海灘道的交通問題惡化；及

(三)遊人可使用的公眾地方減少。(詳見附件)
