茶果嶺地公眾諮詢造假 要求城規會徹查「粗口」聯署

公民黨地區主任譚文豪向城規會遞交請願信，促請當局嚴正徹查在茶果嶺永福街麗港城旁邊一幅休憩用地的公眾諮詢中，以粗口諧音等簽署的懷疑偽造意見書。

有財團打算申請將九龍茶果嶺永福街麗港城旁邊一幅休憩用地，發展酒店項目，但遭到麗港城居民強列反對。公民黨地區主任譚文豪在城規會的公眾諮詢中發現，部分支持聯署使用千奇百怪的簽名，包括粗俗語諧音如「史弗行」、「武能勇」；也有惡作劇簽名如「馬英一」至「馬英九」等。這些簽名筆跡相似，明顯造假。

這些簽名由一個自稱為「起動九龍東關注組」的組織提交，他們一共遞交了一萬八千份「支持」意見書。但有街坊表示該組織在收集簽名時，並沒有註明是支持上述酒店項目。

公民黨六名立法會議員已聯署，促請當局嚴正徹查，避免有人挾偽民意迫城規會通過申請。譚文豪重申，這幅休憩用地將是麗港城與重建區一個重要的緩衝帶，他反對城規會草率規劃用地。
