補充協議措施未如理想 郭榮鏗表示失望

就香港與內地今日（29日）簽訂「更緊密經貿關係安排」CEPA第10份補充協議，公民黨法律界議員郭榮鏗對內容表示失望，認為香港律師在內地現時還未能直接參與訴訟，補充協議雖然容許在廣東省設立辦公室的香港律師事務所在聘用內地的律師擔任法律顧問，但措施只局限於廣東省，而且相關聘請程序可能相當繁複，收費及分帳等問題亦有待釐清，故最終受惠的律師行未必如預期般多。

郭榮鏗期望措施盡快開放至內地其他省市，並表示會繼續爭取內地容許香港律師直接參與訴訟，及准其內地辦公室直接聘用內地律師。郭榮鏗亦注意到內地維權律師長期受到不同形式的侵權行為對待及滋擾，希望中央政府能兌現承諾，保障他們在憲法下應有的權利。
