要求公立醫院全面停止接收雙非孕婦

公民黨今午到醫院管理局（醫管局）要求公立醫院全面停止接收雙非孕婦。

公民黨譴責醫管局無視本地孕婦水深火熱的情況，上週召開的非符合資格人士產科服務專責小組會議只建議四間公立醫院暫停接收內地孕婦，但事實是將來年整體公立醫院接收的內地孕婦名額定為3,000個，繼續鼓勵雙非孕婦來港，而且有關名額依然不將港人內地妻子（即「單非」孕婦）分開計算。政府講一套做一套，對前線入境執法人員和醫護人員繼續造成困擾，對市民的合理訴求置若罔聞，是不負責任的做法。

公民黨要求所有公立醫院必須優先為本地孕婦及港人內地妻子（即「單非」孕婦）提供產科服務，並停止接收雙非孕婦。此外，公民黨再次促請特區政府立即全面研究及制定長遠人口政策及監察雙非嬰兒出生的情況，以制定配套措施。並在有需要時可考慮修改基本法相關條文，把政策貫徹落實。
