要求徹查行政長官梁振英先生涉嫌瞞稅

根據澳洲傳媒Fairfax Media報道，行政長官梁振英於2012年12月及2013年12月，收到澳洲公司UCL兩筆200萬英磅秘密款項。特首辦發言人於2014年10月8日作出回應，梁振英所收的款項涉及過去提供的服務，有關協議簽署時梁振英未當選特首，亦已辭任行政會議職務，在現行制度下，梁振英毋須申報。
本人翻閱《行政會議成員個人利益登記冊》，梁振英先生沒有申報上述利益。就此，本人已致函稅務局局長舉報行政長官梁振英先生涉嫌瞞稅，希望局長澄清梁振英先生有否向稅局申報上述收入，及是否計算在應繳稅項之內。
根據稅務條例第60條，稅局可向納稅人，發出最近六個課稅年度的補加評稅，此外，如涉及欺詐或蓄意瞞稅，稅局更可將調查伸延至最近十個課稅年度。如果涉及嚴重瞞稅，稅局會向法院申請搜查令，然後派職員突擊到納稅人的營業或居住地方，蒐集證據，以便日後刑事檢控納稅人。
由於事件非常嚴重，本人要求局長交代如何處理梁振英先生涉嫌瞞稅個案，及立即進行調查，並儘快向公眾匯報。
