要求政府回購兩隧 否決九巴瘋狂加價申請

公民黨於今日(5日)到運輸及房屋局示威，抗議西隧加價及九巴加價申請，有十數名請願黨員出席，包括九龍西支部主席毛孟靜、副主席陳友昌，並向局方遞交請願信。
公民黨認為，社會每當大企業加價，難免會導致社會各行各業都醞釀加價，令小市民生活更感吃力。今次西隧以尚餘13年經營權，恐未能收回成本為加價理由，相信會使到流量已經相對少的西隧的使用量再下跌，這樣的情況只會成為未來加價的藉口，這樣除二繼續增加紅隧負荷，亦直接增加社會的通脹壓力，希望當局考慮回購西隧。
另一方面，九巴已擁有營運巴士專營權，於兩年前已成功爭取加價，九巴今年利潤高達6億，卻依然動用可加可減機制申請加價8.6%，罔顧可能引伸的社會通脹及市民收入壓力，公民黨促請當局應否決九巴的加價申請。
