要求當局立即交代沙中線土瓜灣站的結構安全問題

今天運輸及房屋局向立法會提交回應《沙田至中環線項目紅磡站擴建部分及其鄰近的建造工程調查委員會中期報告》的文件，當局於文件第34段揭露「鑽石山站的檢測表格和與螺絲帽相關的工地記錄大致可以接受，但土瓜灣站的結構工程檢測表格和與螺絲帽相關的工地記錄則有不足之處」。公民黨陳淑莊議員指出，文件未有提供兩個車站的紀錄缺失詳情，令公眾關注沙中線的工程結構安全問題，有蔓延至其他車站之虞。

陳淑莊要求當局解釋何謂工地記錄「大致可以接受」及「有不足之處」，是否有清晰的文件缺失百分率作為指標，同時交代鑽石山站及土瓜灣站分別缺失多少文件紀錄；另外，陳淑莊亦要求當局徹查上述兩個車站缺失文件的原因，是否涉及刑事成份，以及是否需要執法部門介入；陳淑莊亦特別指出，土瓜灣站曾發生削筋事件及工程造成樓宇沉降，如有更多結構問題，將嚴重影響公眾信心。
