要求發展局局長 詳細解釋長實違反長江中心違反地契條款的跟進情況

長實於今年5月擺放6個大型花圃到長江中心的公共空間(‘空間’)外，引起公眾廣泛關注。今天傳媒作跟進報道，指事件自5月至今，地政總署仍未有任何回覆。該報道亦指出，如業主違反地契條款，當局只須六個月通知，即可收回空間。就此，本人已就以下問題致函發展局局長：

（一） 自長江集團中心落成至今，地政總署進入空間視察的具體次數及日期；地政總署是否滿意長實管理空間的現況？

（二） 長江集團中心在放置該6個花糟時，有否獲得地政總署同意？如有，地政總署的批准日期為何；如否，署長會否採取執法行動？

（三） 地政總署會否收回空間？如否，原因為何？
