要求行政長官曾蔭權詳細交待接受富豪款待事件

公民黨非常關注行政長官曾蔭權在休假時接受不同富商以私人飛機或私人遊艇款待，前往外地旅遊，以及在深圳福田豪宅區租用一複式單位作日後退休住所。我們認為事件已大大打撃香港一直珍視的廉潔及公正的文化。

公民黨不能接受行政長官竟可單憑自己的個人判斷，認為在沒有利益衝突的前提下接受款待，並且以所謂「市場價格」支付行程的交通費用。作為香港特區之首，有份參與所有政策的制定，理應持守最高的道德標準及行為操守，避免與任何利益集團及個人涉及任何利益關係。行政長官並沒有交待，以什麼準則判斷及確保這些邀請並不涉及利益衝突及政策制定、有關「市場價格」又是如何計算等問題。既然現時的公務員及政治問責官員均要遵守《公務員守則》及《政治委任制度官員守則》中的行為操守及要求，為何行政長官可以單憑自己的個人判斷而決定是否接受款待而無需向公眾交待?

就著此事，湯家驊議員及梁家傑議員已於昨天(22日)分別向政制事務委員會及內務委員會要求討論事件。另外，梁家傑議員亦於今天(23日)發信予行政長官，要求曾蔭權盡快詳細交待事件始末(見附件)。
