要求鄭若驊到立會交代僭建事件的二十個謎團

公民黨早前去信內務委員會，要求內會主席邀請鄭若驊律政司司長到立法會，就有關其獨立屋僭建事宜交代。今日（1月10日）再次去信司長辦公室，要求就三大範圍共二十條問題，解釋包括其專職資格及公職、有關屯門大欖海詩別墅4號屋僭建詳細資料、以及其品格審查時有否向政府交代有關僭建事宜。

公民黨黨魁楊岳橋指，律政司司長作為特區法治的捍衛者，其誠信極為重要，要求司長七日內回覆會否到立法會解釋有關事宜，否則無法說服公眾。若司長拒絕到立法會解釋或給予公眾一個可信說法，公民黨將難以支持鄭繼續留任律政司司長一職，日後若有議員提出不信任律政司司長動議，公民黨不排除會支持。
