要求18區設立精神健康中心

今日是世界衞生日，今年主題是抑鬱症。對於衞生署署長陳漢儀醫生建議市民多做運動的建議，公民黨立法會議員郭家麒表示感到莫名奇妙，他指病人患有抑鬱症是需要專業協助。

根據醫管局向立法會提交的文件顯示，2016-17年度抑鬱症病人(新症)，最長需要輪候98個星期，即接近兩年才可以看到精神科專科門診。而根據衞生署公布的數字，本港每100名成年人有三人是抑鬱症患者；每十名長者便有一人有抑鬱症徵狀，然而超過一半抑鬱症患者沒有尋求任何精神健康服務的協助。

郭家麒認為政府有需要在18區設立精神科復康中心，由受過訓練的家庭醫生去處理抑鬱症等屬於「例行類別」的病人。他又指政府應與社區的家庭醫生進行協作計劃，為他們提供課程訓練，讓他們可以更有效地診治精神科病人；並為已受經過訓練的家庭醫生提供標誌，方便市民識辨。

另外，郭家麒又建議為低收入的精神科病人提供醫療券，使病人可以在社區的私營診所求診，減少公營精神科專科門診的壓力。
