規劃失當 漠視民意 要求停止出售筲箕灣蚊型地

本人今早陪同筲箕灣居民關注組代表前赴立法會申訴部，並聽取其反對政府當局招標出售筲箕灣東濤苑旁一幅臨海蚊型土地作住宅用途的申訴。本人多月來一直跟進事件，並曾去信渠務署瞭解上述土地內排水渠佔用的空間對該土地發展構成的限制。

本人認為上述土地面積不足0.05公頃，根本不應該興建120米高的住宅，否則只會對附近樓宇構成屏風效應；本人亦同意筲箕灣居民關注組的建議，政府當局應把有關土地改為社區設施用途，並就該土地的具體用途諮詢居民意見。鑒於上述土地的招標將於本周五開始，本人將敦促政府當局回應公眾關注，停止該土地的招標程序。又，本人要求就該土地上興建建築物可能構成的通風影響進行環境影響評估。

本人將繼續支援筲箕灣居民關注組的行動，爭取政府糾正錯誤規劃，改善筲箕灣受影響居民的居住環境。現附上關注組致發展局的公開信供公眾參考。
