談判失敗 繼續爭取 抗領匯 保街市

油麻地海富街市商販與領匯外判承辦商「光亮」的租約將於本年八月底期滿，早前得悉不會獲續約，領匯更表示將街市考慮改租予大型超市。在街市經營了十多年的商販生計頓失，心血經營毀於一旦，錯愕憤怒之餘，更感徬徨無助。公民黨早前聯同商戶與領匯談判，要求保留街市，但近日獲領匯通知，他們將半步不讓。

公民黨余德寶與超過六十名商戶與居民於8月5日下午在觀塘的領匯總辦事處外靜坐，抗議領匯霸權，爭取保留街市。靜坐行動成功迫使領匯於今天(8月6日)下午再度於海富街市與商戶進行會議。

席間，領匯政府及社區合作總監潘啟迪堅持於8月31日合約期滿收回街市，拒絕商戶提出延長租期、免租及賠償等多項要求；而且不斷推卸責任，強調與商戶無合約關係，商戶應與承辦商「光亮」直接接洽。保留海富街市關注組發言人余德寶質疑領匯貴為知名企業，於三月決定收回街市時，並沒有片言隻字，發出通告，知會商戶有關決定，沒有履行企業社會責任。

會議結束，雙方談判破裂，保留海富街市關注組發言人余德寶表示將繼續進行抗爭行動，爭取保留海富街市。
