議員助朱婆婆取回家當 公民黨約見食衛局長避免事件重演

繼協助遭食環署檢控無牌擺賣的朱姓拾荒老婦成功獲署方撤控後，公民黨東區區議員黎志強今天再協助朱婦向警方取回遭扣押的手推車。黎志強將繼續因應朱婦的需要提供其他協助。

另一方面，公民黨多位立法會議員及區議員今天聯名去函食物及衛生局局長高永文，要求安排與局方及食環署官員會面，就針對無牌小販的執法政策，以及遇上類似朱婦的個案時的處理手法問題。公民黨促請高永文局長盡快跟進，避免食環署前線執法人員不合情，不合理的做法再次出現。
