豁免檢疫令無諮詢專家 港府防疫令人失望

599C章《若干到港人士強制檢疫規例》新增豁免商務客的強制檢疫令。商經局局長邱騰華今表示，將會推出申請計劃，讓內地設廠的港商可向工貿署遞交申請及證明文件。公民黨立法會議員郭家麒認為，政府仍未闡釋符合香港經濟發展利益的定義，質疑任何商人也可申請豁免，相關措施亦無諮詢專家顧問，令人失望。

據報道，政府抗疫督導委員會專家顧問表示，未有特別參與決策豁免跨境學生及商務客強制檢疫的措施。郭家麒感到驚訝，質疑政府未有諮詢專家，就搶先宣布豁免相關人士檢疫令，又未能解釋措施細節，令人非常失望，絕不認同政府做法。
郭家麒表示，現時工貿署已有相似計劃，讓供應必需品及提供必要服務的中港商人豁免14日檢疫，質疑新措施是否豁免所有商務客。他直斥政策奇怪，政府亦難以分辨哪些商人高風險染病，而香港疫情仍未完全受控，新措施或成防疫缺口，令人擔憂。
他以跨境中港司機為例，貨車司機入境內地，須持有由港府提供的14天有效的健康證明，或由合資格檢測機構提供的7天內核酸檢測結果證明。惟港府對來往中港的商人「咩都唔做」，並無要求相關商人接受病毒測試，顯示港府防疫意識欠奉。他促請政府三思後行，檢討豁免計劃的執行細節。
