還劉霞自由 讓良心犯冬至回家

今日是冬至，是中國人回家吃飯，與家人共聚天倫的日子。可惜，在中國，仍然有不計其數的維權人士，被內地的執法部門囚禁、軟禁，又或者「被失蹤」。
截至2017年12月8日，內地至少321名律師、律所人員、人權捍衛者和家屬被約談、傳喚、限制出境、軟禁、監視居住、逮捕。
而已故諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波遺孀劉霞，沒有犯下任何罪行，卻自劉曉波被拘禁後遭中共軟禁，只因為他是劉曉波妻子的身分。
據報道，劉霞早前接受手術；而劉霞在近日寫給友人的一封信中，形容自己「像植物一樣活著」、「像屍體一樣躺著」，令人擔心劉霞的健康與情緒問題。
今日上午，公民黨立法會議員郭家麒聯同多名黨友，到中聯辦門外請願。郭家麒斥責中共政府專權無理，促請中共政府還中國人民自由、民主等基本權利。他要求內地當局，釋放所有被囚的政治良心犯，並立即停止對他們及他們的家人作出軟禁、監視、限制他們人身自由的行為。
至於劉霞，郭家麒要求習近平解除對劉霞所有限制，包括行動自由、與親人及媒體會面的自由以及出入境自由。
