還政於民 落實普選 響應「黃絲帶行動」

中央背棄對港人承諾，就政改落下重重三閘。人大常委為香港政改訂下的框架，不單不符合國際標準，更較過去四屆的行政長官選舉大為倒退！這樣的特首選舉，不單只是篩選，更等同於中央提名、中央欽點，香港人絕不能「袋住先」！
提名委員會掌握特首參選人的「生死大權」，繼續擔當造王者角色，既得利益集團代理人則繼續近親繁殖、行政霸道、黑白顛倒、指鹿為馬，官商勾結、官員貪腐等問題更會日趨嚴重。
公民黨相信，只有落實真普選，選出以民為本的行政長官，才能夠解決現時社會的矛盾與分化。公民黨堅定投下否決的一票，並譴責梁振英沒有盡責向中央表達，如實反映港人對真普選的訴求，理應問責下台。
公民黨響應民間人權陣線發起的「黃絲帶行動」，將於全港各區開設街站，向市民派發象徵光明與希望的黃絲帶，表達對爭取真普選的立場及還政於民的訴求。公民黨希望與全港市民共同努力，以爭取一個符合國際標準的真普選、實行真正的民主選舉。
