郭家麒去信林鄭月娥要求立即交待鄭若驊的個人利益申報事宜

行政長官林鄭月娥女士：

要求林鄭月娥立即交待鄭若驊的個人利益申報事宜

新任律政司司長鄭若驊自本年一月六日宣誓就職後，醜聞不斷，繼獨立屋僭建、突然隱瞞婚姻狀況、隱瞞資料向銀行借貸後，昨日在立法會的答問大會上，
閣下又指出本身是國際級仲裁員的鄭若驊上任前仍有6宗仲裁案未完結，
閣下特別批准她就任司長後，仍可繼續完成該6宗仲裁案。

事實上，行政會議成員，在上任初期便必須申報其個人利益，並上載到網頁讓公眾查閱，以避免涉及潛在或實際的利益衝突。但公眾至今仍未能在任何公開渠道，找到有關鄭若驊就任後的個人利益申報，結果有關她的風波，一波未平一波又起。

就此，我要求 閣下立即敦促鄭若驊作出個人利益申報，並盡快將其公開，讓公眾監察新任律政司是否涉及任何利益衝突，以及是否可以客觀持平地履行律政司的工作。

由於事件涉及重大的個眾利益。期盼 閣下能嚴肅處理上述問題，並儘快向公眾作出交代。特此致函，順頌
