郭家麒就「南丫島海難調查報告」去信交通事務委員會

陳主席：
有關「南丫島海難調查報告」

日前，政府公佈「南丫島海難調查委員會」就去年10月1日南丫島對開海面，釀成39人死亡的海難調查報告。報告指海事處政策只靠口耳相傳、執法寬鬆、監管馬虎、制度存在漏洞。就此，海事處長應對南丫島海難負上全責。

此報告揭露政府多年來，沒有妥善監管海事處的工作。就此本人希望　閣下同意盡快召開特別會議，並邀請相關官員出席，讓委員盡早討論及質詢相關問題，並對此事宜作出跟進。
