郭家麒議員去信教育局局展吳克儉 關注通識科教學事宜

吳局長：

關注通識科教學事宜

近日，有關注通識科教育的組織提出數項關注項目，其中建議通識科教師需申報政治立場。有現任通識教師向本人反映，對該組織發表的言論表示失望和遺憾，直指該組識對通識科毫無理解。

有任教通識科的老師認為，學生所有功課必然會受到另一位老師作評審，呈分習作更會由校內老師協商評核，而家長亦可就任何科目、任何偏頗的教學向校方作出投訴。他們同意通識科必須涵蓋各方意見，加上校方已有其監管角色，無須如其他組織團體所建議，要求教師申報政治立場。至於公開考試評核方面，雙評制並不是單單從兩位閱卷員的分數取平均，而是持續由不同人士評核直至出現兩個相近評分為止，確保公平。他們重申，政治題材無可避免，認同老師教授時不預設立場便可，亦無需申報政治立場。

社會上仍對通識科教學存疑慮，盼望　閣下能安排與本人會面，以進一步探討通識科合理而可行的方案。順祝
