郭家麒議員關注食環署執法寬鬆，去信食物安全及環境衞生事務委員

黃主席：

關注食環署執法寬鬆 監管冰鮮肉店不力

申訴專員公署日前於「二○一三／一四報告年度第二期」公布，早前抽查四十六家位於街市的冰鮮肉店，觀察肉食檔如何處理冰鮮肉，發現超過六成店舖違規，並未有將冰鮮肉放置在冰凍設施內，甚至將冰鮮雞當作新鮮雞出售。但食環署在過去四年，只分別發出了約十宗口頭警告及十宗以下的提示信，警告信只有三封，更未有違規店鋪被吊銷牌照。

此報告揭露食環署多年來，執法乏力，監管制度近乎失效。就此本人希望　閣下同意盡快召開特別會議，並邀請相關官員出席，讓委員盡早討論及質詢相關問題，並對此事宜作出跟進。
