黃主席：

跟進香港賽馬會含瘦肉精飼料流入養漁戶事宜

今年六月，香港賽馬會爆出瘦肉精污染馬匹飼料事件，當時有二千包飼料存放於馬會倉庫，沒有即時銷毀；馬會職員後來將該批飼料送贈如興行，該公司再售予九個養漁戶當作魚糧，令他們損失慘重，馬會最終須作出賠償。據悉，馬會已於十一月初呈報漁護署，但當局一直沒有披露事件，公眾關注部分受污染魚類已流出市面。

如人類誤食受瘦肉精影響的魚類，將有生命危險；當局應立即徹查事件，防止該批魚類流出市面及檢討馬會銷毀飼料的機制。

就此，我們希望　閣下同意盡快跟進上述事宜，召開特別會議，並邀請食物及衞生局局長及漁護署署長出席。
