郭榮鏗回應區域法院登記處出現混亂事件

就今日（3月13日）有傳媒報導區域法院登記處重開引致混亂一事，公民黨立法會（法律界）議員郭榮鏗回應如下：

1.   區域法院登記處今日恢復正常運作即見混亂，郭榮鏗要求司法機構立即檢討整個復工計劃及流程安排，如有不足的地方應該立即糾正，以免混亂在其他登記處或辦事處重演；
2.   對於今天復工即見混亂，郭榮鏗認為這反映司法機構整個停止法庭辦公和恢復辦公都缺乏周詳計劃，以及沒有和其他政府機構協調，對此感到失望；
3.   有報道指，區域法院有職員以不禮貌的態度對待傳媒工作者及法庭使用者，更指「你問返PPRB。」若報道屬實，反映司法機構有職員對自己的工作缺乏正確認知，態度亦不合乎可接受水平，影響司法機構的聲譽，損害市民對司法機構的觀感。司法機構有必要深入了解事件，如有職員的表現未符要求，應按既定機制處理；
4.   司法機構有責任督導及監管其職員，確保他們清楚了解自己的職責及權限，並必須有耐心及禮貌對待傳媒及法庭使用者；
5.   對於司法機構史無前例停工接近2個月，郭榮鏗建議司法機構應該加派人手處理到法庭查詢的大量人流，以免職員因巨大壓力而錯誤對待法庭使用者。
