郭榮鏗與法律界選委聯合舉辦政改論壇

立法會法律界議員郭榮鏗聯同29名行政長官選舉委員會法律界委員，於今晚假香港高等法院大樓一樓陪審員集合室舉辦法律界政改論壇。除得政改諮詢小組成員律政司司長袁國強資深大律師應邀出席外，港區人大代表譚惠珠大律師、港大法律學院陳弘毅教授及戴耀庭教授、等法律界人士亦有出席。席間不少法律界人士就政府對《基本法》在政制發展方面的理解提出不少問題和質疑，亦有部份法律界人士提出與中央或特區政府相近的意見和立場。

郭榮鏗及部份選委在論壇後對傳媒表示，在席的法律界同業大致上有共識，就是2017年的特首選舉不能有篩選，任何不含篩選及足以反映民意的方案，都值得考慮。而「公民提名」在《基本法》的框架下亦有可以討論的空間。
