鄭若驊在議會內「擘大眼 講大話」 與梁振英共事六年竟然「唔記得」

立法會議員朱凱廸今早提出質詢，要求律政司司長鄭若驊解釋不檢控前特首梁振英的UGL案件。陳淑莊議員追問鄭司長，質疑鄭與梁振英曾有長達6年的公務交往關係，故她領導的律政司處理案件的公正成疑，鄭卻顧左右而言「議員提到嘅事件實際年份我唔會記得」。陳淑莊斥鄭若驊的回應敷衍，公然在會議廳「擘大眼，講大話」。
鄭若驊於2004–2010年出任交通諮詢委員會主席，委員會職權範圍為「就各項交通事務，向行政長官會同行政會議提供意見」，而梁振英在這時期正是行會召集人。
根據《檢控守則》第一章1.2b條，檢控官不可被個人對被告的情感或信念影響其決定。
陳淑莊質疑，鄭若驊與梁振英的6年工作關係，足以令人質疑今次的不檢控決定並非公正無私。過往律政司處理敏感案件，為免產生偏頗的印象，除考慮徵求外間獨立法律意見，亦會將案件的處理及檢控交由與涉案人沒有關係的刑事檢控專員處理，例如許仕仁案、梁錦松案、陳茂波案、林奮強案，為何今次處理UGL案鄭司長沒有遵循慣常做法。
陳淑莊提出另一個疑問，鄭司長上任後何時恢復對梁振英UGL案的處理權？前律政司司長袁國強於2014年10月公布，將案件交由前刑事檢控專員楊家雄處理，但自2017年12月下旬由梁卓然接替楊家雄成為現任刑事檢控專員後，及鄭司長2018年1月初上任後，並沒有公布將由律政司將恢復對梁振英UGL案的處理權。陳淑莊促請鄭司長交代箇中原因，否則令人懷疑另有內情。
