醜聞連連又中標 故宮質素難保證

西九文化區管理局今天宣布，香港故宮文化博物館大樓主要建築合約將批予中國建築工程（香港）有限公司。公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊指有關公司「醜聞連連」，擔心工程質素未如理想。
陳淑莊指西九文化故宮博物館乃林鄭月娥選前「省招牌」的政績及西區文化區重點項目，惟如今卻將工程合約批予工程質素及操守「前科累累」的中國建築，包括食水含鉛量超標的啟晴邨，及未依時提交逾1萬份RISC表格的港珠澳大橋等，更曾於去年因會展站被罰「停賽」3個月。她更擔心有關工程為趕及回歸25周年開幕而發生工程質素參差，甚至短期內出現大量維修保養的問題。
陳淑莊指西九管理局必須交代以甚麼準則批出有關合約予中國建築，並警告管理局必須汲取新昌事件的教訓，以免重蹈覆轍。
