醫學化驗毫無監管　發牌制度刻不容緩

 

昨天，消委會發表報告，指關於電話推銷身體檢查的投訴，比去年同期急增近八成。公民黨要求政府儘快設立發牌制度，加強監管醫療化驗所，杜絕不良經營手法。

現時坊間有不少公司提供醫療套餐或驗身計畫，該等公司往往以一個較低的收費吸引顧客，邀請事主購買驗身療程，後來卻巧立名目增加收費，最終亦貨不對辦。有市民購買了16項癌症測試檢查，後來發現男士只獲6項檢查，女士獲7項；此外坊間某些聲稱可測試癌症的醫療套餐，其測試方法是檢測治療功效，並非是否患癌，根本沒有參考作用。

現時政府對醫學化驗及醫學美容業毫無監管，雖然醫學化驗師有嚴格註冊及處分程序，但竟然沒有醫學化驗及醫學美容公司發牌制度，無法保障市民權益。公民黨建議市民購買坊間醫療化驗服務前，先諮詢家庭醫生建議。

公民黨強烈要求：1.  政府立即設立醫學化驗所發牌制度，加強監管，並規定該等公司聘用合資格醫療化驗師，及將牌照放在當眼處以資識別；2.  政府全面改善基層醫療，在政府門診提供癌症檢測服務，並縮短專科輪候時間。
