釋放維權人士 實行《零八憲章》

7月13日是諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波先生逝世一周年的日子。劉曉波因撰寫《零八憲章》而遭文字獄被入罪，更在牢中得不到理想的治療致死；死後亦未得好好安葬。他一生只為中國政制、法治、社會得到民主與公平公正公義，卻遭此下場，實在令人既悲且憤。

《零八憲章》發布至今已十週年。中國仍未落實對自由、人權、平等、共和、民主、憲政等六項《零八憲章》中提出的理念，反而變本加厲，對人民的自由多番箝制，以各種手段打壓維權運動。《零八憲章》中提及的政治改革，人權保護等主張，與憲法並無相悖之處，但也遭受中共的強烈打壓，可見中共眼中容不下丁點的異見聲音。

劉霞終得到自由可以離開中國，但國內仍有數以百計的維權人士，被非法拘捕、非法審判、非法拘禁。當中包括日前被判以「顛覆國家政權罪」重囚13年的秦永敏及失蹤3年下落不明的律師王全璋。

公民黨立法會議員郭家麒認為，面對中共打壓，我們在香港尚可發聲，應盡力為內地的維權人士聲援，讓他們知道在背後，仍然有強大的支持；讓國際都知道，中共政權的黑暗。希望繼劉霞之後，所有維權人士都可以苦盡甘來，得到自由與平反。
