關教授的一課《學術與政治作為志業》

為了慶祝關主席的七十大壽，中大政治與行政學系特別邀請了關教授再度重執教鞭，於上週六為他的學生再教授一門課，題目是《學術與政治作為志業》。這個題目的靈感來自德國社會學家韋伯(Max Weber)在其晚年的兩場演講，是次演講吸引了二百多名門生聽課，現附上講義供大家指教。
