關注余卓文封刀事件

就中文大學心臟科教授余卓文「被封刀」事件，食物及衛生局局長高永文於今日的立法會大會上回應議員質詢時，表示會將調查小組的調查報告直接提交醫管局的獨立檢討委員會跟進，並確保調查公平公正、不偏不倚。

公民黨對高永文的回應表示失望，負責調查的兩個小組，均由威爾斯親王醫院成立，威院暫停余卓文職務後再成立調查小組調查事件，未免有「自己人查自己人」的嫌疑；另一方面負責跟進調查的獨立檢討委員會，三名成員當中兩名為醫院管理局大會成員，包括委員會主席彭耀佳及成員葉健雄，亦有如將報告「左手交右手」，明顯對事主不公。

就此，公民黨促請政府當局，立即成立一個獨立委員會，成員由醫院管理局及威爾斯親王醫院以外的人士組成，包括海外專家等，接手所有調查事項，以令調查得以在真正公平公正的環境下進行。
