關注劉曉波 生命危在旦夕 收集市民簽名要求立即讓劉曉波出國就醫

內地維權人士劉曉波因肝癌惡化生命危在旦夕，再次惹起外界對他的關注。劉曉波因參與起草《零八憲章》而獲頒諾貝爾和平獎；可悲的是，劉曉波同樣因《零八憲章》而被中國政府重判十一年徒刑。

鑑於劉曉波病情告急，生命危在旦夕。今日下午，立法會議員郭家麒於中環收集市民簽名，要求中共政府立即釋放劉曉波出國就醫。郭家麒認為，中共政府應該要尊重劉曉波及其家人的意願，讓他出國治療，接受更好的護理與醫治。郭家麒認同劉曉波在美國的義務律師所指，如果中國拒絕劉的要求，等同蓄意加速劉曉波死亡。

另外，郭家麒同時希望市民關心中國的人權狀況，了解《零八憲章》的內容。他指出，《零八憲章》只是重申人權、自由、民主等概念，然而中共政府卻以言入罪，視起草人為顛覆政權之威，實在令人憤怒，亦不是文明國家應有的行為。而中央政府對劉曉波夫婦的逼害，會成為中共政權不文明、不合法的鐵証。
